1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Reimgr ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reimgr is an AI-powered image transformation service that provides:

• Image format conversion
• Background removal
• AI-powered image upscaling
• Smart image optimisation

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase credits which are then used to perform image transformations.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit Purchases

Credits can be purchased through our website using the payment methods we provide. All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes.

4.2 Credit Usage

Different operations consume different amounts of credits:

• Basic conversion: 1 credit
• Background removal: 3 credits
• AI upscaling (2x): 2 credits
• AI upscaling (4x): 3 credits
• Smart convert: 2 credits

4.3 No Refunds

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of technical failure on our part that prevents service delivery. If a processing operation fails due to our error, credits will be automatically refunded to your account.

4.4 Credit Expiry

Credits do not expire while your account remains active. However, if your account is terminated or closed, any remaining credits will be forfeited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, process, or distribute illegal content
• Process images containing child exploitation material (CSAM)
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Process images for harassment, defamation, or harm to others
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transform your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by Reimgr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

6.3 No Training Use

We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing the requested transformation.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• System upgrades
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Force majeure events

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for loss of data or images

You acknowledge that image processing involves third-party AI services and results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reimgr from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you upload or process
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Abuse of the Service or other users

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
